1. Digital Services
All services provided by Moditual Branding — including branding, design, development, consultation, and digital content — are non-tangible and non-returnable. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once the service has been initiated, delivered, or a milestone has been approved.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
A. Accidental duplicate payment.
B. Technical error leading to payment failure or non-delivery.
C. Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction (subject to verification).
If you believe your case qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
3. How to Request a Refund

Proof of payment,
Reason for refund, and
Any relevant supporting documents.
Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
4. Mode of Refund
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Razorpay only. No cash or alternate methods will be used.
